Dr. Malan is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Education Association, and the Ensign Academy of Dentistry.

Life & Hobbies

For over 10 years, Dr. Malan served the Native American and Alaska Native populations as a commissioned officer with the U.S. Public Health Service. His service included being stationed in Monument Valley, Navajo Nation; Claremore Indian Hospital in Oklahoma; and Haskell Indian Health Center in Kansas. 

Married with five children, Dr. Malan enjoys being an involved father and husband, whether it includes backyard or cross-country adventures such as nature exploration, fishing, and bow hunting. He spends many hours serving and volunteering in his community and church.
